SHIPPING TIMES

Please allow 7 - 12 business days for delivery. All Pen Gu Island products are made to order which means it’s printed specifically for you.

DELIVERY

You will receive a tracking # via email after the order has been printed and shipped (typically 3 - 5 days after placing the order).

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the order has been shipped, but please email me @ pengu.island.store@gmail.com (or below) with any concerns and I will do my best to help!

If you have any questions or concerns with your order (address changes) please reach out to pengu.island.store@gmail.com (or below) with the name you used to place the order and your order # so I can help you as quickly as possible :)
Also, please make sure the address is correct and includes the apartment or street numbers. Incorrect addresses can delay your order delivery :(
